Challenge

The biggest challenge I found with the placement was the travel arrangements, which was purely due to the distance of PROTO from home. what you'd expect a normal workplace. I enjoyed the morning stand-up meeting but would prefer to be able to see all the staff, which is down to current remote working guidelines.

Outcome

It was mostly what I had expected from a normal workplace, I like that everybody was pushed to communicate with each other regarding their assigned tasks. I feel I gained some great experience from this placement.

Impact

I have gained a lot of confidence from being able to work in a real-life environment as opposed to in the classroom. I have been able to figure out how to work with a dedicated team and really enjoyed having a project to work on and see develop.
