Challenge

Some of the challenges I faced have been understanding the pipeline of how things are done, learning the cogs that make the team be a team.

Outcome

Once I had that figured out I found myself fitting in perfectly. During my time I have also learnt the right mindset to have, the skills and how to use industry specific software like Perforce & Hansoft - which are not able to be learnt properly outside of a live studio environment.

Impact

The friendly atmosphere and hard working of everyone make it a joy to work every day from start to finish. This has also opened my eyes to how the industry isn't as scary as I thought it would be and that you can truly have fun working with the right people which will help me loads and immensely going forward.
